Use of the App

Prohibited Use

- Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content

The App, including its design, features, and content organization, is owned by BookBinge and protected by intellectual property laws. Book cover images and descriptions are used for informational purposes.
Third-Party Content
Book titles, author names, cover images, and descriptions are the property of their respective owners. BookBinge displays this information for reference purposes only and does not claim ownership.
Affiliate Links and Purchases
Third-Party Retailers
The App contains affiliate links to Amazon and Apple Books. When you click these links:
- You leave BookBinge and enter a third-party website
- Your purchase is governed by that retailer's terms and policies
No Responsibility for Purchases
BookBinge is not responsible for:
- Product availability, pricing, or descriptions on third-party sites
- Your transactions with third-party retailers
Advertising
The App displays advertisements through third-party ad networks. By using the App, you agree to view these advertisements. Ad content is provided by third parties and does not represent our endorsement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

We do not guarantee that reading order information is 100% accurate, all book series are included in our database, or that the App will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOKBINGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookBinge, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
Changes to the App
